Fun(d) Raising

Over the coming months we will have numerous events. Whilst fundraising is an important part we are looking to have fun, to foster

involvement, to raise the profile of the project but mainly to honour God in our service.

It doesn't have to be dynamic! It doesn't have to be huge! It doesn't have to break all records!

If it is sincere and from the heart it will succeed.

Here is a wonderful example. After our service of dedication at the new Broadshade site Amy Stewart collected wild flowers from the field. She then pressed her collection and created some wonderful cards and bookmarks. These were sold and proceeds donated to the Building Fund. It is also delightful to report that all the cards and bookmarks were sold out almost immediately. The photograph only shows some of the designs. There were many others to choose from.
